 The problem is that the two mountains in Zambales were flattened
by the Chinese and called it Scarborough Shoal. Chinese cover it
as a nickel mining but they don’t know that it is just a reason to get
the lands.

 The issue is important in the society because the mountains
decrease the storms that can experience by the area.
