Implementation Status and Key Decisions
The Program to Support Agrarian Reform ("One Map Project") makes good progress towards achieving its development goal of establishing clarity
on actual land rights and land use at the target villages. The participatory mapping pilots contracted in June 2019 is on-going, which will be
completed in November 2019. The first scale-up contracts for mapping were advertised, and other activities of the project such as IT
hardware improvement and consultancy services for geospatial infrastructure are being prepared for tendering by end of 2019.

1. Clarity on actual land rights: The participatory mapping pilots has been well carried out as planned in twenty-six villages producing more
than 43,000 parcel maps, so the target of the PDO indicator set in the first year of the project are almost reached.
2. Clarity on actual land use: Despite the implementing agencies' efforts, process on this objective is moving slowly due to limited number of
bidders to fulfil the tender proceeding requirements, as well as delays in final coordination with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
However, these activities are expected to sign contracts in the coming months, and the inter-agency collaboration in forest boundary
affirmation will be established by end of 2019.
