HOW TO APPLY:
A. Create an online account by doing the following steps:
1) Go to www.philhazwastetracksys.com
2) Click HW Generator Registration.
3) Provide a company e-mail address and a password with maximum length of 8
characters.
4) After clicking register, you’ll receive a confirmation letter from the system. Log-in
to the e-mail address you registered and click the link provided.
5) Completely fill-up the form by taking note of the following:


 For New Registrants : Encode any number
Ex. 1234567 (as temporary OR#)
 For Amendment/Re-registration : Encode your old HWG ID No.

- Copy of approved PCO accreditation certificate
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) or Certificate of
Non-Coverage (CNC)
6) After completing the online account, click SAVE AND SUBMIT. Call our Office at
931-2397/931-1834 to verify if the online account is successfully submitted.
7) Submit to our Office a print out of your online account for pre-assessment and
payment.
8) Payment of Fees
 For re-registration (Old Hazardous Waste Generator with no additional
hazardous waste generated / no changes in name / address of company): no
payment.
 For new registrants/amendment: An Official Receipt (OR) of Payment will be
given. The breakdown of Fees are as follows:
 Php 600.00 – for new registrants/ for amendment
 Php 15.00 – Doc. Stamp Tax
9) Once the valid OR of payment was issued, you may now replace the temporary
payment OR in your online account with the issued payment OR for Php 600.
10) After updating your online account, kindly notify our office at 931-2397 or 9311834.

sources that comprise of consumer electronics, white
goods (i.e. refrigerators, washing machines, air
conditioners, etc.) batteries, oil and busted lamps.
*TCLP limits for arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, fluoride, lead, mercury and selenium
are correlated with the 2007 Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water.
Should there be other wastes not listed in both tables, the result of toxicity characteristics
leaching procedures (TCLP) shall be used in determining the said wastes are hazardous and
covered by this Procedural Manual.
