Task one: read the text and extract the information:
Topkapi palace is one of the most gorgeous palaces in the world. It was the place of living of the
Othman Sultan Mohamed the 2nd. It is situated in Istanbul, Turkey. It was designed by the great Othman
architect Mimar Sinan. The palace was made by more than 3000 workers. The constructions began in
1459 and it took more than twenty years to be completed. This outstanding place is as large as a small
town. It is covered by 5 km of walls. It has enormous courtyards, fascinating fountains, hundreds of
rooms. More than five thousand people used to live in this palace including the Sultan and the queen, the
