The owner shall not execute any modification to the approved drawings without prior consent from kahramaa, and shall commit the presence of the contractor’s engineer of the project in case of any technical discussion with kahramaa. وفي حال الغاء العقد مع المقاول المذكور بأي مرحلة من المراحل نتعهد بإبالغكم بكتاب رسمي بذلك كما نلتزم بتقديم خطاب تفويض آخر طبقا ً لهذا النموذج المعد من كهرماء لمقاول آخر. The owner shall notify kahramaa officially in writing in case of terminating or repudiating the contract with the contractor at any stage and shall submit another authorizing letter complying with this form for another certified contractor. وعليه فإننا نتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة في حالة المخالفة لما جاء في هذا التفويض أمام كهرماء التخاذ ما تراه واللوائح للقوانين وفقا مناسبا المتبعة. Therefore, we take absolute responsibility before kahramaa if the stated above within this authorization was violated and kahramaa can take any necessary actions in accordance with the adopted laws and regulations. ويعد هذا التعهد بمثابة اخطار واعالم مسبق.
