CRYSTALS 1. Using a graduated cylinder to measure, put 30 mL of water in your 100 mL beaker. 2. Slowly add 17 grams of CuSO4. 3. Heat the solution for 10 minutes. 4. Tie one end of a string around your seed crystal and the other end around an extra pencil. 5. Mass the seed crystal including the string and pencil. 6. THE SOLUTION MUST BE COOLED!
