Remove the heater from the cab.

Remove the heater housing end caps.
3
Remove the upper and lower plastic housing from the heater.

1. Combustion Air Fan
2. Gasket
3. Heat Exchanger
Remove the combustion and heating exchanger.

Remove the four (4) screws securing the burner insert.

Route the wires for the Glow Plug and Flame Indicator through the heat exchanger.

Remove the burner insert from the combustion tube.

Remove the combustion tube.

1. Temperature Sensor
Remove the temperature sensor from the heat exchanger.

Install the replacement temperature sensor onto the heat exchanger

Burner Insert
Install the combustion tube and burner insert.

Route wires for the Glow Plug and Flame Indicator through the heat exchanger.

Replace the mounting gasket for the combustion air fan. Install and secure the mounting screws for the combustion
tube and burner insert.

Install the heater assembly back into the cab.
