SB Manding Data Sheet Purpose: To teach the learner how to request items independently using the IPAD. Instruction: Take the learner to the IPAD and have him request his preferred item by use of the choice board. You would then deliver SD “What do you want?” and prompt at the level that he is currently on. Only prompt the carrier phrase “What do you want?” and allow learner to select his reinforcer independently. If the learner does not initiate his response within five seconds, mark as incorrect and correct with the full physical prompt in order to elicit the correct response. Write the number of items listed in the array. Circle the prompt used if correct and mark X if incorrect. Circle (+) for correspondence if the item selected on the IPAD matches the item selected when given the choice in person. Circle (–) if the items selected do not correspond. To increase the number of items listed in the array the learner must go three consecutive days of selecting the carrier phrase independently. When this occurs ad d another choice box to the array.
