Transforming my respective school into a learning environment which is safe and sound for our 21st century learners as well as to other significant stakeholders is probably the foremost priority among my various plans. Being in a frontline of having wide influence I am always redirecting all of my plan of activities for the betterment of the school to have a holistic, relevant and long lasting breakthroughs that will bring positive impacts in the lives of our dearest learners that will surely enable them to have firsthand meaningful experiences which are prerequisite for them to be the best nation builders possible of tomorrow. I am sincerely working together with my team to come up with an authentic three-year plan that will appropriately address issues and concerns prevalent in our own school and to get rid of the hindrances for lifelong learning to occur. By doing so, A better delivery of educational services will transpire. Honestly speaking, I am not capacitated to do it just on my own, it only reminds that strong support system from compassionate learners and their parents, PTA and barangay officials, and other members of the whole community will be the key to be able to make a difference. Though we are divided with lots of differences but we are united with one goal for the welfare of the school. We may remain committed to our serious duty to safeguard the success of our school even in the midst of our own personal battles. Activities Preparatory Activities Phase 1: Assess Phase 2: Plan Phase 3: Act Schedule Chapter 2 Assess G.E. Ramirez Memorial School is located at Brgy. Bayotbot, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. It has 7 buildings, 1 covered court with the total land area of ten thousand (10, 000) square meters and about nine kilometers away from the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro. This institution was first established in 1957 with grades I and II through the effort of Martin Vallejo and Tiniente Hesus Arangale. In 1971, grades III and IV classes were added with Mr. Eli Erardo and Mrs. Epifania Domingo as the first teaching personnel. On the same year, it was officially named after Mr. Gerardo E. Ramirez and at present carries its name as G.E. Ramirez Memorial School. The name expresses itself as it is owned and donated by him for the benefit of the entire community. At present, the school is a complete elementary with 10 teachers, 332 pupils and headed by its School Principal, Julito S. Martinez, Jr. A child-friendly school, continuously providing the best educational services to the entire community of Bayotbot. Chapter 3 Plan G.E. Ramirez Memorial School does not rest on its identified challenges and improvement areas.
