Abstract

Background of the Study:
On the first, performance management and employee’s attitudes are the most sensitive factors of the
organization. As past researches show that the employee attitudes may depend on the performance

giant organizations success. These factors predict the future of the organizations and the competitive
edge among the rivals. The main focus of this research is to how to improve the overall management
and performance of the organization and what are the factors that organization didn’t achieve its

representatives' drive to bond), work configuration (fulfils the need to grasp), and execution the board

an employee can identify his/her weakness and this practice result’s better performance of
management performance. As well as, this practice effects the overall organization’s efficiency,
growth and achievements Great companies achieve extraordinary results with ordinary. This research
shows that there are many factors which boost the organization’s productivity and level of
satisfactions such as; employee motivation, compensation, better organization culture, job satisfaction,
and commitments. Mostly the lack of performance management begins because of the unclear goal
setting and undefined objectives, says there is a longing to break down objective setting methodology
and speculation inside the achievement of oversaw execution.
Statement of the problem:
Investigate the holes between execution the board, representative's frames of mind and oversaw
execution in overall organizations. Many of the organizations are face the gaps between these three
factors. The aim is to provide an importance of performance management, employee’s attitude and
managed performance, as these things are the key towards organization success. Numerous

conquered these deterrent have gone far acquiring numerous progressive changes in the business world
rehearses. Mostly the change in organizations are unpredictable and fast, like globalisation and
technology enhancement. To control these type of phenomena there should be one department who

Significance of Study
This study is important because the performance of employees in any organisation play an
important role. Performance management is a mean of showing signs of improvement results
from the entire association or a group or a person inside it.
According to Walton performance management execution the executives is going to guiding

with the necessities of the association. Employees attitude is the most important aspect in any
organisation. If the employees have good attitude so it creates the good relationships between
employee and employee which help the company to get better outcome by their performance.

performance. HR capacities are the establishment of focused. For example, immaterial assets
are significant on the grounds that they don't unreservedly transferable or replicated and in

Furthermore, the paper told us that both outcomes are play some role in human performance.

performance in their departments. Recent empirical data shows that the participants who are
setting their goals make effective strategies.
At last, the study of this paper is important because it help any organisation to increase their
employee performance by treating them with good attitude and this study is also helpful for
the company because this will give them knowledge that how much human capital is
important for any organisation.

The extent of this paper is to recognize the connection between execution understandings

objectives and scope. This chapter is core study of the research in order to understand the importance
of these variable have impact of each other. Also we have tried to interpret the research purpose and
importance through using different citations of related paper research.
CHAPTER2
INTRODUCTION

private institutions at the same time

There has been a revolution in performance management and measurements over the past 20
years. Performance management Systems are not new, and researchers have found reference
to performance management during the third century A.D. In China,

each other. So if one factor is satisfied, the other factor is automatically satisfied and this will
have an impact on the outcome.

generated the data for our research. Also, it clearly defines all the approaches we have used to
gather information. We have used both primary and secondary data in our research. Besides,
there are also few research techniques we have used to control our research.
Research Philosophy

We have concentrate to have a good research design so it may help us to get effective results.
So, our research design is completely descriptive. The data we have gathered is mostly
observational. Also, we have related current status of variable we choose in our research.
Later, we also developed a hypothesis with the help of data we make.
Research Approach:
The research approach we have chosen for our research is Qualitative. Our research is
completely constructed on detailed information about our topic. Expect, we have not includes
numbers in our research.

The nature of our research is natural. In our investigation, we are study the circumstances and

Unit of Analysis in our Research is Individual. We are more concern with what an individual
performance management and how it can be the reason for its satisfaction towards positive
attitudes.
Time Horizons:
Our research has been handle in which we have collect data just once so the Time Horizon of
our research is Cross-Sectional.
Target Population:
Population we have targeted to conduct data is all the employees which have some issue with
the performance management.
Study (or Accessible) population:
The population we have access for our research is those employees who prefers performance
management should be in every organization because its help to make the employee attitude
positive towards work.
Sampling Frame:
It was absolutely easy for us to get access to study our target population because in this new
era, there are so many organizations that are providing services. So we target the population
who is actually using services and how their attitude becomes positive towards job.
Sampling Technique:
Sampling technique we have used in our research is Simple Random Sampling.
Sample:
Basically, our research is about positive attitude on the performance managed. So we picked
the sample from the population who actually have positive attitude with his or her job.
Sample size:
For having effective results, we have collected data from very limited number of our target
population. So, the Sample size of the research is 50 only.
Data Collection Procedure:
We have used both primary and secondary data in our research. For Primary data; we have
conducted questionnaire survey from approximately 50 respondents. And, for secondary data,
we have used Internet sources.
Summary of The Chapter:
After having all the major areas of research and qualitative data. We have defined the research
designs, and methodologies. The questionnaire results we have found that there is a cause and
effect factors among these article variables. We found that the relationship among all variable
are positive and interlink with each other. In order to maintain strong relationship, the
important part is to understand the cause and effect of variables. In this chapter we collect the
relevant data and analysed information through questionnaires.
