Injaz Real Estate Registration Trustee
Injaz is one of the leading real estate registration trustees in Dubai. Established in 2014 managed
and owned by Ahmed Alsuwaidi.Injaz recently won an award for being the best trustee office in
Dubai.Injaz has 5 reliable licensed trustees that can make every client’s transaction processed
efficiently on a timely manner and 4 well-trained customer service representatives assisting not
only the customers but the trustees as well. Injaz employee count is approximately 50 Pax.

focuses on finding the right individuals that meet the job requirements. While their

performance management is conducted in a way that both superiors and subordinates are
reviewed by each other on their conduct and performance. The company also provides
the necessary compensation and benefits that meets UAE regulations. Unfortunately, the
company faces a few issues and challenges in these areas that do not provide them with
the results they are seeking.
The recruitment and selection process is about finding potential employees that could
fill in vacant positions in a company. It is about locating individuals with the required
abilities and attitudes that will help with achieving the company’s goals and objectives.
The recruitment and selection process is also about identifying job positions that are
open and available in the company, as well as analyzing what the job position requires,
reviewing and screening applications,and identifying those that meet the criteria and
selecting the candidates. One issue INZAJ face during the recruitment and selection
process is first of all, finding the right candidates. The company posts their vacancies on
platforms such as Dubizzle when they are hiring instead of using agencies, and
professional recruiters that can find suitable individuals for the position. It can be quite
difficult to select candidates in a pool of unqualified and limited talents. Another issue
they face is the problem of the long hiring process. The vacant positions not only cost
money, but it also delays operations and increases the employees work load. The
company also faces the problem of recruiting a diverse staff. At INJAZ, they try their
best to hire fairly and objectively, but it is quite difficult when the hiring pool is full of
limited talents.
Performance management on the other hand, focuses on grooming employees that
possess the required dedication and capabilities to work towards the company’s shared

objectives. The framework of performance management is planned to improve the
employees and the company’s overall performance by identifying requirements and
providing feedbacks to reach full potential. The objectives of appraising performance are
to allow the employees to reach a superior standard work performance and to help them
develop their skills to efficiently perform their task in the right way. The performance
evaluation performed by INJAZ is the 360-degree feedback method. The issues they face
with this method of assessment, is the difficulty of giving effective appraisals. Another
issue is the difference between what the program measures, and the company’s
objectives. The company’s goals and objectives are not included in the feedback
measurements, as the questions asked do not focus on business related results.
Furthermore, those that review the assignment rarely implement follow up actions to that
show some consequence for poor performance.
The human resource departments manage the compensation and benefits program in a
way that give gives a company the advantage of attracting quality talents and retain them.
At INJAZ, they focuses on giving their employees the necessary compensations that fits
each job position. However, they face the problem with competitive pay. The wages they
offer potential employees do not exceed that of their competitors in the industry in order
to attract the most qualified. In addition, the company also lacks benefits such as free
daycare, and corporate office gym which are some benefits most employees in the
company ask for.
In conclusion, INJAZ real estate registration Trustee faces the issue matters of a
recruitment and selection problem that struggles with employing talented employees for
the job position. Furthermore, they have an unresolved assessment method that lacks the

proper evaluation of the employee’s job results to meet company objectives. As well as a
compensation and reward program that is lacking.
