to help me achieve my career goals and help me develop all the necessary skills I need to become
successful.
I’m particularly impressed by the importance you place on customer service because of my values. In
too many organizations customer service is very much a secondary priority whereas you place the
customer at the center of everything you do.

I realize that on busy days, things will move fast. It could be overwhelming to serve so many customers
at once; however, with training and practice, I know I will do a great job.
This role works into my plan to be a regional manager in the next few years. I look forward to climbing

I once had a customer who was exceptionally disappointed that we were out of stock of an item. I ran a
quantity check through our computer system, and it said we had zero on-hand. But, after seeing how
upset the customer was, I took the time to go back in
