Dear Ma’am Lyn,
Please accept this letter as formal notification of my resignation as Restaurant Systems Officer. My last
day of employment will be August 15, 2016.
I have given thoughts on our last discussion, and decided that my resignation be final.
On a more personal note, let me express my gratitude for the wonderful opportunities for professional
growth and development you have provided during my stay in this Department. I have learned so much
and your guidance and mentorship have been invaluable. I also greatly enjoyed working with such a
supportive and dynamic team. Working in Chowking has been a profound experience; hence the decision
to leave was very difficult for me.
While I am excited by the new opportunities that I will be pursuing, I will always remember my time at
Chowking with great fondness.
My efforts until my end date will be to wrap up my projects here and turn over my responsibilities as
smoothly as possible. Please let me know what you expect so this process is completed to your
satisfaction.
