With reference to cited above subject line, due to our internal management decision company -
“EGIS Road Operation India Private Limited” want to take a serious step to shutdown of canteen service contract in SMTL Project with effect from 10.04.2019.
As I have disused same matter with you today over telephonically of closing your canteen service contract ( supplying of breakfast/launch/dinner) within next 15 day time period.
Hence this letter will be treated as mutual discussion for closing of your contract in our SMTL project, Keonjhar , Odisha.
