Mission Statement
To remain in constant contact with SMEs throughout the instructional design
process, such that all parties are working towards completion of designing and
developing an online program in Social Justice for SOLES. Our team is committed to
working with faculty in continuous ways that foster open and frequent
communication in order to support the agile process of frequent reviews and frequent
testing of learning materials.
About the Communication Plan
This plan has been developed to determine strategies around operating quickly,
easily, and efficiently in a manner the allows for continuous testing of learning
materials. The following interactions are demonstrated on the
Communication Matrix.
● Instructional Design Consultations via Blackboard Collaborate: ID and Faculty
meet to discuss learning materials and perform iterations of analyzing,
designing, developing, implementing, testing, and evaluating course learning
materials frequently
● Faculty questions via Discussion Boards: questions that arise during the
iteration but occur outside of the weekly synchronous collaborate sessions.
