be wiped down and sanitized
every night. Critters and bugs
love any food we leave behind
and if they are getting a meal
while would they leave.
Any pastries need to be tossed
except plain croissants,
chocolate croissants, and
cookies. These are to be tightly
wrapped with plastic wrap and
placed in the rolling rack next
the oven.
