- Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing all financial matters, accounting operations, procurement and
data management of the bank. Adhere to all related generally accepted accounting
principles, tax and regulatory laws, rules and regulations to adequately and accurately
reflect the financial position of the Bank at all times.
• Develop financial strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis,
and recommendations for strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives

- Responsibilities:
• Provide effective leadership in fulfilling the Bank’s vision and mission and report at regular
intervals on the plan or strategic direction of the financial services management to the
President/Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors
• Develop and review robust business KPIs and procedures governing daily business
operations and activities and the Bank’s internal capabilities including its high performances
culture focused on meeting organizational and business goals
• Formulate and drive the implementation of the overall business strategy, ensure effective
execution of business and marketing plans, deliver faster turn-around-time (TAT) within the
timeline with maximum controls which are measured independently, and ensure business
critical operations are aligned with the Bank’s business goals to deliver asset growth,
deposit, profitability, financing asset quality, etc.
