List 6 different resistance exercises that you would like to incorporate into a frequent
exercise program.
1. Hammercurl
2. Incline Dumbbell Press
3. Flat Dumbbell Fly
4. Lateral Shoulder Raise
5. One Arm Dumbbell Row
6. Uptight Row
Why did you choose these exercises?
Dumbbells are easily accessible to me at the moment. I wouldn't have to fight to use them out
on the weight pile here. Everyone here is into bench pressing and powerlifting themselves into
hernias. I assume that they think they look spiffy in those weightlifting belts.
How could you adjust these exercises to make them harder or easier?
Adding an incline and using slow velocities of movement.
What adaptations or changes in your body would you like to see as a result of these
exercises?
I would like to get more muscle definition. I'm to old to be getting bulked up.
