z 20 Fenchurch Street. The building with more up top. 20 Fenchurch Street is the coming together of two of the UK’s pre-eminent developers, Land Securities and Canary Wharf Group. The building, designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, is under construction and will provide over 670,000 sq ft of offices over 32 upper floors and a three level Sky Garden. Sketch by Rafael Viñoly. 20 Fenchurch Street | 1 A landmark for London. A smarter design however you look at it. 20 Fenchurch Street is a stunning new addition to London’s skyline and its location sets it apart from other City tower buildings. Future occupiers will enjoy largely uninterrupted views in every direction even from lower levels of the building. 2 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 3 4 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 5 6 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 7 Set apart from the City’s cluster of office towers. 8 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 9 Th e 20 ha ll ar ill Th e h St g g g ar d et in in re ild Sh Bu rc is ld in Ax e ild y ui Bu M hu W nc e at e To we r sg To we oa r 4 2 d St re et St Br Ll o yd ’s B en Fe Th e ld n op ro sh He Bi 30 O ad Th Le 12 5 99 Welcome to the smartest office building in the City. Innovation on every level. The building has entrances to both the North and South and is set back from Fenchurch Street. This gives an impressive approach and importantly, adds scale to the building reception. Once inside the building, the generous reception area will boast only the best stone and marble as well as full height glazing making it a very bright and warm space to be in. 10 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 11 Fenchurch Street entrance 12 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 13 Fenchurch Street entrance 14 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 15 Southern entrance 16 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 17 Southern reception 18 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 19 Fenchurch Street reception 20 | 20 Fenchurch Street 20 Fenchurch Street | 21 The view belongs to everyone.
