A bill may begin in either the House or the Senate except for money bills,
which must be introduced in the House. 1. Bill is Drafted: Members of
Congress, the Executive Branch, and even outside groups can draft (write or
draw up) bills.

The Supreme Court cases that made drug testing in high schools acceptable
were Chandler v. Miller (1997) and Vernonia School District v. Acton (1995).
There have been several lower court cases that also referred to this.

The three ways a citizen can influence the law is (1) make a financial contribution
to groups that feel the same way one might feel about the law, (2) Write your
Congressman or Senator explaining how you feel about the law, (3) Petition the
usefulness of the law by signing a petition about either for or against the law, and
another way is to (4) either march or demonstrate for or against the law. Good

The federal court system has three main levels: district courts (the trial court),

They are called the congress and they are split into two the house of Representatives

6.) I think the law for my school should be that if you are done with all of your work then
on the last friday of every month you get a day off but if you are not done with all of your
work then you have to stay on that day and finish all of it.
7.) Libby wants to make this paper and says her parents will fund it, but the school does
not want her parents to fund the journisim papers and they cannot fund it either.
8.) My new law would be that only low sugar foods are placed inside the vending
machine, and that way nobody gets diabetes :)
