My Learning Artifacts
Write an appreciation letter to your cooperating teacher for accepting you as his/her
teaching intern. Let him/her read this and request him/her to sign your letter.
A Letter to my Cooperating Teacher
First of all, I sincerely thank you for your warm welcome on the
first day of my internship here in your classroom. I observe that you are
very close and thoughtful towards your pupils despite their behavior. I
adore the way you interact with your pupils. All the classroom rules and
daily routines established were practiced actively. I hope I can
incorporate some of your teaching strategies and techniques especially
how you handle student’s behavior. I am glad to be your intern here in
fourth grade. I am grateful to be your student teacher here in Grade IV.
With Your guidance, I hope I can develop a sense of professional
efficacy, a commitment to high standards for all students, and the habits
of mind of a good teacher, including the habits of reflective practice,
continuous improvement, and lifelong learning.
Truly Yours,
ANGELA D. ARNAIZ
