-The University must support distinctive student focused out reach organizations-with
staff positions
-The University should incorporate the SU Foundation in the creation and promotion of
endowed faculty positions. Endowed programs (CCR, CIE) that directly benefit
enhanced student learning
-The University must put forth a greater effort to support professional development –put
real funds into departmental budgets for conferences, etc.
