1. Start your trip at number 1 on the map. What is the latitude and longitude reading?
2. At number 2 you are sailing through the Sea of Ohknost.
3. You continue your route of travel and at 3 you pass through Tsucaroo.
4. Strait. You have now sailed almost around the Island of Hokkaido. A city on the west
coast of the island is Sapporo.
5. You are now sailing south along the west side of Japan’s biggest island, Honshu. Your
ship is in the Sea of Japan.

7. The city of Nagaski at 5 is on the island of Kyushu.
8. You sail almost completely around this island and enter Japan’s famous
