exiftool commands
exiftool -s file1.pdf file2.pdf file3.pdf
To see the details of a file or files
exiftool -All= file1.pdf file2.pdf
To wipe all the metadata of the file(s)
exiftool -addTagsFromFile sourcefile.pdf destinationfile.pdf
Copies the tags from a source to a destination. Use this to copy the exif metadata
from
the original, pre-edit PDF statement to the one you have changed, once it is
finally complete and
will not be edited further.
(I think this can be aimed at multiple files at once, not sure)
exiftool -XMPToolkit= file1.pdf file2.pdf file3.pdf
This overwrites the XMPToolkit tag that is written by exiftool when used to edit files and is a
dead giveaway.
