Inventors Trading Card Project
You will work with a partner to research about 4 assigned inventors. You will then use that information to create 4
trading cards for each one: one card to turn in and 3 to trade with classmates. Your ultimate goal will be to work with
your partner to collect a complete set of 6 trading cards.
Project Schedule
Monday, Jan. 14
Step 1: Choose a partner to work with and sign up with your teacher to receive your 4 assigned inventors (there will be a
trio with 6 assigned inventors).
Tuesday, Jan. 15
Step 2: Research in your computer. Each individual will conduct research on 2 of the assigned inventors to gather the
information needed to complete the trading cards.
Step 3: Work with your partner to create 4 trading cards for each of the 4 inventors you were assigned using Trading
Card Creator (http://www.readwritethink.org/classroom-resources/student-interactives/trading-card-creator30056.html). Each individual will create a total of 8 cards. (16 total per partnership)
