1 INTRODUCTION
1.1
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
The Project Quality Management Plan documents the necessary information
required to effectively manage project quality from project planning to completion.
It defines a project’s quality policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities.
The Project Quality Management Plan is created during the planning stage of the
project. Its intended audience is the project director, project manager, project team
and anyone whose support is needed to complete a quality project.

3 PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The highest of levels Quality Management involves planning, design, checking,
and acting to improve project quality standards. Aries Engineering Consultant
(AEC) divides the practice of Quality Management into three process groups:
Quality Planning (QP), Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). The
following sections define how this project will apply each of these process groups
to define, monitor and control quality standards.
3.1
QUALITY PLANNING
3.1.1 Define Project Quality
Project quality is defined as a design that meets client’s requirements, comply
with the relevant code of practice and requirements of local authorities.
3.1.2 Measure Project Quality
To measure project quality, AEC is committed to monitor the processes from
planning to completion to ensure project quality is within the reasonable standard
acceptable to our client.
3.2
QUALITY ASSURANCE
AEC is committed to assure our clients that our project team shall follow the
project quality management plan from project planning to completion.

3.2.1 Analyze Project Quality
AEC will analyze quality data, documents for improvement and what was learned
from quality analysis to eliminate the gaps between the current and targeted level
of performance.
3.2.2 Improve Project Quality
AEC will identify ways of doing things better, cheaper and faster. For projects, we
identify way of eliminating unsatisfactory performance.
3.3
QUALITY CONTROL
AEC will continue to monitor and control actions that will be necessary to control
quality throughout the project’s life. On going project monitoring and improvement
will be implemented for quality control
