what the duties of the job entail. The interviewer also needs to ask questions
related to the candidate’s qualifications and skills, in order to see whether or
not the candidate is a good match for the job.
-On the candidate’s side, he or she needs to be able to describe how his
(fictitious) experience matches the description/duties, and qualifications that
are needed for the job. This will include explaining how their experience them

ask. These questions can be typed into Google Docs, or on paper, and the
candidate needs to write or type his/her answers to the questions in order to
prepare for the interview.
