For next three years with increase of 10% i.e @ 9.9% per annum on monthly basis on valuation of the cottage on the basis of land cost and cost of construction, development of plot and land scape garden. d. For next three years with increase of 10% i.e @ 10.89% per annum on monthly basis on valuation of the cottage on the basis of land cost and cost of construction, development of plot and land scape garden. e.
