5. A chromatogram of an isomeric alcohol mixture composing of n-butanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-butanol,
and tert-butyl alcohol is presented below. The solvent system used was chloroform-ethanol in a 4:1
proportion. Draw the structure of each alcohol and identify which of the peaks correspond to the
component of the alcohol mixture. Explain your basis on your peak assignments. (25pts)
