Doug Schoen, a political analyst and pollster who worked for both Bill and Hillary Clinton, introduced Bill Clinton to Viktor Pinchuk, a Ukrainian philanthropist and businessman. During the revolution he hosted the World Economic Forum in Davos. Pinchuck’s company is Interpipe Corp. and it is a major producer of seamless pipes and railway wheels. In 2008, the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation, headquartered in Kyiv, pledged a 5 year $29 million commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative for a program that works to train future Ukranian leaders. Between 2009-2013, the Clinton Foundation received $8.6 million from the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation. In 2010, Bill Clinton attended Viktor Pinchuk's 50th birthday party at the French ski resort Courchevel. In 2011, Pinchuk attended Bill's 65th birthday party and was a guest at the inauguration of the Clinton Presidential Library. Also in 2011, Pinchuk advocated for Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych to the Clinton State Department. In 2012, Pinchuck appears on the guest list for a dinner hosted by the Clinton’s at their home. Also in 2012, Chelsea Clinton and her husband accepted an invitation from Pinchuk to visit Kiev. The Clinton's spoke at Pinchuk's Yalta European Strategy Conference which seeks integration between Ukraine and the Europe. In November of 2013, the Ukranian crisis began. Ukraine was the Clinton Foundation's top foreign donor while Hillary was Secretary of State, coming in at $10 million. Pinchuk was an advocate for stronger ties between Ukraine and the European Union. During Hillary's tenure as Secretary of State., Doug Schoen was a congressional lobbiest for Pinchuk. Schoen and Pinchuk met several times with Clinton aides. Doug Schoen, a political analyst and pollster who worked for the Clintons, introduced Bill One of which was Melanne Verveer, a Ukrainian-American who is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations, as well as the Trilateral Commission. According to Schoen, the purpose of the meetings was to encourage the US to put pressure on President Viktor Yanukovych to release Yulia Tymoshenko, a former political opponent who had been jailed. Tymoshenko was curiously enough, a former rival of Viktor Pinchuk, who controlled the largest gas company in Ukraine. Viktor Yanukovik sought stronger ties with Russia. Pinchuk urged Yanukovych to pursue integration with the European Union. On November 21, 2013, Yankovich suspended plans for the implementation of an association agreement with the European Union. Mass protests broke out and Yanukovych fled Kiev. After fleeing Kiev, Yanukovych accused the West of orchestrating the protests and claimed he still considered himself the legitimate president of Ukraine. While Secretary of State, Hillary worked together with private oil and gas companies to PUSH fracking around the world, despite public outcry. Newsweek has seen declarations and documents from Ukraine that show a series of shipments from Interpipe to Iran in 2011 and 2012, including railway parts and products commonly used in the oil and gas sectors.Among a number of high-value invoices for products related to rail or oil and gas, one shipment for $1.8m (1.7m) in May 2012 was for “seamless hot-worked steel pipes for pipelines” and destined for a city near the Caspian Sea. Both the rail and oil and gas sectors are sanctioned by the US, which specifically prohibits any single invoice to the Iranian petrochemical industry worth more than $1m. https://www.desmogblog.com/2015/08/07/hillary-clinton-state-department-emails-mexico-energy-refo rm-revolving-door http://www.globalresearch.ca/washington-was-behind-ukraine-coup-obama-admits-that-us-brokered-a -deal-in-support-of-regime-change/5429142 Global Shale Gas Initiative - Unconventional Gas Technical Engagement Program The effort by Clinton’s State Department included plans to spread fracking to China, South Africa, Romania, Morocco, Bulgaria, Chile, India, Pakistan, Argentina, Indonesia, and Ukraine.
