Who are the interviewees with the most authentic,
current, higher relative importance information on
the subject?
Interview questions – Consider format for interview:
Structured vs UnStructured.
For Structured interview, questions can be closedended or open-ended
Organise questions –
 Use a logical order or an order of
priority/significance.
Examples of order would be general questions to
specific questions based on factors such as
interviewee’s level of knowledge and subject matter
of the interview.
 Follow a logical order rather than jumping
around when asking questions.
Consider communication methods Remote vs personal communication.
Level of formality
Consider the interviewee’s time  Make sure you are acknowledging the cost
of their time.
 Make interview time and site convenient
and appropriate to the interviewee
