PERFECTRON opens up another chapter in thermal
solution and presents our customer with a revolutionary
design. The only and ultimate objective is to provide
fanless solutions that can withstand harsh environment
from -40 to 75°C. Now, PERFECTRON exclusively
adopts the unique enclosure that is able to stack
together both horizontally and vertically. The aluminum
heat sink enclosure is made of special heat radiating
material which allows dual-sided heat dissipation.
Moreover, pure copper heat pipe is implemented to
absorb heat effectively and transfer heat from the heat
sources to the heat sink over relatively long distance.
Two-phase heat transfer involves the liquid-vapor
phase change of a working fluid.
