Pure Flow 1000® Emergency
Eyewash Station
Dispenses purified, pH-balanced Eyesaline® solution without the need for
plumbing. Fluid cartridges are factory sealed which eliminates mixing,
measuring and the opportunity for contamination prior to use. Eyesaline is
nonirritating and balanced to the pH and salinity of human tears. The
solution delivery module is an integrated unit consisting of Eyesaline
cartridges, delivery tube and nozzle assembly. The Pure Flow 1000 holds
two cartridges (sold separately), each containing 3.8 gallons of Eyesaline
solution, which dispenses upon activation at a flow rate of 0.4 gpm
(15-minute cycle). When the delivery module is empty, a “Service
Immediately” warning is displayed. Pure Flow 1000 captures its own waste
fluid, eliminating spill hazards. Wheeled Universal Cart allows for easy
mobility, and fits the 28-Gallon Waste Container. Two-year maintenance-free
life cycle. SEI certified to meet ANSI Z358.1-2004.

The On-Site Gravity-Fed Eyewash Station is transportable and can be easily
relocated to the point-of-need even when assembled and filled. The 7-gallon
unit weighs just 60 lbs when full. Station can be mounted to a wall or placed
on a countertop or other solid surface. A transparent polycarbonate tank
makes it easy to see when it is time to clean or refill the unit. Water flow is
activated when the hinged eyewash tray is pulled down. Sprayheads provide
a continuous flow for 15 minutes at 0.4 gpm. Safety sign included. An
insulated Heater Jacket accessory warms the eyewash station and
thermostatically controls water in temperatures as low as -20°F. It utilizes
silicone rubber heaters, powered by a standard 120V plug. Jacket includes
indicator lights to ensure proper heater operation. Waste Cart includes rigid
casters in front and locking swivel casters in back for easy transportation of
the Gravity-Fed Eyewash Station. Features a 56-gallon waste collection tank
with a 1⁄2" petcock at bottom for the easy draining of waste. Meets ANSI
Z358.1-2004. SEI Certified.

impact-resistant yellow plastic bowl or corrosion-resistant stainless steel
bowl. The wall bracket is heavy-gauge aluminum and has three holes for
easy mounting. Exposed pipes and bracket are covered with Bradtect™
safety yellow polyurethane to protect the unit from corrosion. Units activate
quickly with a highly visible plastic push handle and 1⁄2" IPS chrome-plated

The innovative contoured SpinTec showerhead design creates a spinning
motion with the water flow, which results in an optimal spray pattern that
uniformly distributes water and allows for more coverage for the user.
The SpinTec showerhead has a small profile and uses 66% less water than
older standard models. The Combination Shower features both a shower unit
and an eye or eye/face wash bowl. The shower is activated by a pull rod and
1" IPS chrome-plated stay-open ball valve. Eye and eye/face wash sink
includes twin spray heads with a flow control and pop-off dust covers, and
either a yellow impact-resistant plastic or stainless steel 10"-diameter bowl.
Eye and eye/face washes are activated by a push handle (hand or foot) and
