I. Diagnostics
Initial consultation
and recommendations
Most of our stays involve a consultation with
a doctor, who will assess your state of health,
point out the possibilities and risks, and will
clarify some of the points in the programme you
have chosen. With therapeutic stays the client
has an initial examination, a basic biochemical
examination and ECG, after which the doctor
will propose a treatment programme. The
client is checked by the doctor every week.
Consultation
with a specialist
In stays which specialise in the locomotive
apparatus you will be examined by a highlyexperienced specialist. He will go through
a series of examinations which will help him
to assess the condition of your locomotive
apparatus, pinpoint afflicted areas, and suggest
a structured system of remedial treatment
which corresponds to the programme you have
chosen.

Examination for weight loss
Peat bath
A comprehensive laboratory examination,
basic internal examination, BMI (Body Mass
Index), analysis of body fat, muscle mass and
water (BODYSTAT) and an ECG help the
doctor to assess your state of health and if
necessary adjust your weight-loss programme.
During your stay you will be able to discuss
your therapy with the doctor.
This bath is at a temperature of around 38˚C
and lasts for 20 minutes. A peat bath warms
the body deeply and evenly, which release
muscular tension, reduces pain, stimulates
tissue regeneration, stabilises the nervous
system, prevents inflammation and stimulates
the metabolism. The active agents and minerals
stimulate tissue regeneration and healing.
Laboratory examination
- screening
Natural peat poultice
A wide range of laboratory examinations aimed
at acquiring basic information about how the
most important organs are working.
ECG examination
The electrocardiograph is a device which
records the electrical activity of the heart
muscle. It is used to assess whether cardiac
activity is normal or whether there is a risk of
heart failure. It reveals acute or chronic damage
to the heart muscle, particularly myocardial
infarction.
II. Peat procedures
PEAT IS A NATURAL MATERIAL which is extracted
near the spa. Extracted peat is erushed, crushed,
water is added, and the mixture is heated to
a temperature of 37 – 39o Celsius. It is then
used in the form of a peat compress or, after
adding more water, as a peat bath.
THE EFFECTS OF PEAT PROCEDURES are mostly
heat-induced. Peat has a high capacity for
retaining heat (7 x higher than water), so it
doesn‘t cool down much during the procedure.
The body warms up slowly in peat, but the
process is more intensive. The compress then
keeps the body warmer for longer. As the body
warms up this incereases tissue perfusion,
release muscular pension and reduce pain.
Besides this the application of peat baths and
compresses also has an anti-inflammatory
effect.
INDICATIONS FOR TREATMENT are almost all
common disorders of the locomotive apparatus,
such as arthritis, arthrosis, painful syndromes
affecting the spine and skeletal muscles,
and conditions following joint-replacement
operations. Peat also has beneficial effects
on eczema and cellulite. Peat baths and
compresses are indicated by the doctor.
When used for natural poultices, the
processed and heated peat is applied in
a layer a few centimetres thick; it is spread
all over the relevant part of the body and left
in place for 20 minutes. As the peat is hot
and left in place for some time, deep heat
builds up, which loosens up the muscles,
washes inflammatory waste products out
of the tissues, boosts tissue regeneration,
stabilises the nervous system, acts to fight
infection, and stimulates the metabolism.
As it has a beneficial effect on the skin
and hypodermis it is also used for cosmetic
purposes and for treating cellulite.
Natural peat compress
(sheath)
Peat sheaths are made of the same natural
material as poultices, the difference being that
they are made up of a layer of peat, which is
placed between 2 membranes. The membrane
which comes into contact with the skin is
permeable and allows the natural substances
to act on the surface of the body. A heating
element is placed on the non-permeable
membrane to warm and perfuse the area. A peat
compress has an anti-inflammatory effect,
boosts regeneration, improves the circulation
of blood through the tissues, reduces pain and
cramps, and has a cosmetic effect.
Rhassoul bath
An oriental steam spa bath which uses moist
heat combined with the beneficial effects of
peat. The magical surroundings of this original
spa create a truly intimate atmosphere. Before
going into the bath you will receive several
different coloured pieces of peat which are to
be applied to different parts of the body. The
temperature and humidity in the spa rise, and
as soon as the surface of the body has warmed
up you cover the appropriate parts with peat.
After further heating we will lightly massage
the skin with the peat and will leave the peat in

the mouth of the flask, which is the principle
of this massage. The flask massage is unique
in that it results in intensive perfusion of the

unexpected relief.
place to act. At the end of the procedure a light
spray of water will remove the mud, and you
can then go and shower and dress in a cubicle.
The Rhassoul bath regenerates, treats, and
heals the skin. As the temperature is below
50˚C the spa can also be enjoyed by clients
with cardiac problems. It has a very beneficial
effect on psoriasis and skin allergies.
REFLEX AND LIGAMENT MASSAGE is a series of
special massage techniques used in a specific
order with a reflex action on the tissues and
internal organs, which is particularly good for
relieving painful parts in the muscles.
MOBILISATION OF THE SPINE AND PERIPHERAL
JOINTS involves restricted rhythmic movements
which help to get the spine and peripheral
joints working again.
III. Physiotherapy and
reconditioning
exercises
Exercising in the pool
+ hydromassage
Group exercises in a warm pool which is only
130 cm deep and so can also be enjoyed by
non-swimmers.
The exercises are done in small groups of
4-8 people and make the most of the fact that
water makes several exercises much easier,
thus helping to mobilise all the body’s muscles
and joints. The pool is fitted with underwater
massage jets and a hydromassage bench, which
allows you to rest your muscles after finishing
Individual physiotherapy
Individual exercises supervised by a specialist
and focusing on problems with the locomotive
system. These exercises are good for preventive
reasons, as they strengthen the muscles, relieve
pain, and help to acquire healthy movement
patterns.
The exercises are chosen by a specialist
and focus on the parts of the body that are
affected.
SOFT TISSUE TECHNIQUES are a set of special
massage techniques used to restore tissue
tension and elasticity, which improves joint
mobility and relieves pain.
FLASK MASSAGE. This is an ancient Chinese
technique, in which a special flask is placed
on the surface of the body, creating suction.

relaxes the muscles around the joint structures.
These exercises also improve circulation of
the blood in the muscles, halt the pathological
process in the joint and improve circulation of

are used, i.e. 90% of all the muscles in the body.
This form of walking improves the function of
the heart and the circulation, strengthens the
muscles of the upper part of the body, and
places less strain on the hip and knee joints.
Calorie consumption rises by up to 50%. The
Nordic Walking route runs through natural
scenery of our park, with its peat pools. The
first lesson is led by an instructor.
The aim of this therapy is primarily to
strengthen weakened muscles, boost muscle
power, and maintain and improve muscle
dynamics.
IV. Exercising using
machines
TherapyMaster
This method involves exercising in a harness
and is led by an experienced physiotherapist.
The harness makes the body lighter, thus
reducing pain in the hip joints, sacroiliac joints
and the joints of the lumbar region, which
makes the physiotherapeutic process much

amount of nutrients to the muscles and joints.
The additive bath is followed by a period of
relaxation in a warm wrap, which prolongs the
warming effect on the body.

V. Baths
Regenerative additive bath
This is a bath with added active agents, which,
owing to the ideal perfusion of the skin and
hypodermis in a bath warmed to 37°C, are
easily absorbed into the body. The additives
are herbal substances which do not form
a foam, and which improve the circulation,
relieve stress and fatigue, and relax and
soothe the body. A warm bath also relaxes the
muscles and increases joint flexibility, while
has a beneficial effect on the organs of the
body. It boosts the performance of the heart,
blood pressure, improves circulation in the
blood vessels in the limbs, and improves tissue
nutrition.
Carbon dioxide greatly improves perfusion
of the skin and hypodermis, thus boosting the
nutrition, flexibility and hydration of your skin.
This is why these baths are used to prevent and
treat cellulite.
Iodine bath
Arm and leg whirlpool baths
This bath has a series of beneficial effects it improves perfusion throughout the body,
reduces inflammation, regenerates the cartilage
and thus relieves pain in the locomotive
apparatus. It boosts the immune system, helps
to stabilise the menstrual cycle in women,
and prevents accretions from forming in the
pelvis minor, and thus can improve fertility in
women.
These are taken in special baths which emit
streams of warm water to warm and perfuse
the most strained parts of the upper and lower
Hydromassage baths
These baths are taken in a special bath fitted
with an Air Jet system, which emits jets of
air at high pressure to massage the whole
body. We use several massage modes during
a hydromassage bath so as to relax and loosen
up the muscles and relieve mental tension.
These baths have a beneficial effect on
muscular tension, neck back pain, and chronic
postaccident pain and muscle stiffness caused
by poor movement patterns. Some of our baths
are also equipped with a colour-therapy system,
which uses multicoloured lights to act on the
centres in the brain and tune bodily functions,
moods, and emotions.
VI. Massages
Classic relaxation massage
This massage comprises a system of massage
techniques and movements aimed at inducing
a feeling of general relaxation. The massage
boosts circulation in the blood vessels on the
surface of the skin and the lymphatic vessels,
improves tissue nutrition and alleviates pain.
In real terms it relaxes the muscles being
massages, stimulates the circulation of the
blood, and can also relieve headaches and
reduce swelling. It induces an overall feeling
of relaxation and a positive feeling of wellbeing. The classic massage can be full-body
or partial.
limbs. The upper-limb baths focus on the small
joints in the hand, the elbow joint, and the
muscle groups in the forearm. They improve
mobility, fine motor functions and sensation.
On the lower limbs we work on the small joints
in the foot, the ankle, and the calf muscles.
These baths always reduce swelling, improve
mobility and restore the pleasure of pain-free
movement.
by a specialist, the benefits tend to be long
term.
Flask massage
This is an ancient Chinese technique, in
which a special flask is placed on the surface
of the body, creating suction. After the flask
has been applied the skin and surface layer of
the muscles are sucked into the mouth of the
flask, which is the principle of this massage.
The flask massage is unique in that it results in
intensive perfusion of the massaged tissue. Just
one procedure can bring unexpected relief.
Kneipp foot bath
Two baths are used here, one with hot water
(40˚C) and one with cold (14˚C) water.
Alternately immersing the limbs in water of
different temperatures effectively stimulates
the blood vessels in the limbs. After this
procedure swellings disappear, the feet and
ankles are free from pain, and nutrition is
improved in all the tissues. This bath is
therefore also recommended for diabetics and
clients with varicose veins.
Fibrous reflex massage
performed by a specialist
This massage is recommended only after
being examined by a doctor. By acting on
perfusion this massage also has a reflex
effect on more distant organs which may
be stimulated or inhibited. The massage
also has overall effects on the body, either
generally soothing or stimulating. The body’s
response to this massage lasts for as long as
48 hours and if the massage is performed

the vascular bed, reduces the level of toxins in
the muscles, and thus helps to speed up tissue
regeneration. It increases the elimination of
endorphins and improves mental well-being,
reduces blood pressure and has a beneficial
effect on the circulatory system.
Aroma massage
Underwater
full-body massage
This massage is performed using a stream
of water in a warm bath. The specialist
massages selected regions with a stream of
water pressurised at 1-2 kPa. The underwater
massage is a combination of heat therapy and
mechanical therapy. The massage relieves
spasms and alleviates back pain and muscular
fatigue. The underwater massage can improve
the appearance of scars and cellulite.
This is a classic massage using etheral
essences and plant oils. The procedure
combines the effects of the massage with the
unique benefits of various essences and oils.
This massage brings the body and mind into
harmony, alleviates strain and stress, and
boosts immunity. During this massage the
oil is deeply absorbed, alleviating pain and
improving the functions of the organs and the
mind. After the massage it is good to relax
in a quiet room as the blissful effects of the
massage slowly wear off.
Manual lymphatic drainage
boosts immunity. It promotes physical and
mental relaxation and reduces the impact
of stress. It alleviates pain in the muscles,
joints and spine, and relieves headaches
and digestion and excretion disorders.
Hydro – Jet

Reflex massage – sole of the foot
This reflex massage of the sole of the foot
is one of the Chinese methods of massage.
The sole of the foot contains over 7200
nerve endings which correspond to all the
organs and actually represent a map of our
body’s organs. The massage is performed
on the sole and instep of each foot. The
8
massage begins by rubbing or stroking the
whole of the foot to warm it up. The actual
massage technique involves applying
pressure to points and areas on the sole,
toes, and instep. This has a beneficial
effect on the circulation, healing, and
regeneration, acts to prevent inflammation,
speeds up the detoxification process and
We use smooth lava stones which have been
heated to 55 °C. These stones accumulate
heat very well and emit energy which works
deep into the muscle tissues, affecting the
circulation and metabolism. This massage
has a beneficial effect on muscular tension
and blocked points. It tones the vegetative
nervous system and therefore greatly
improves sleep disorders, harmonises the
body after long periods of strain at work,
and as it speeds up the metabolism, it is also
assists obesity therapy.
Lymphatic vessels drain away toxins, bacteria
and dead cells from tissues into the vascular
system. Lymphatic drainage is a special
massaging technique that encourages the
lymphatic flow. Prior the treatment, main
lymphatic centres in the armpits and groin are
stimulated, which helps reflective placing the
lymph in motion. The method has significant
effects on the regeneration of tissues, in
particular after injuries; it also stimulates
immunity in chronic infections and regulates
hormonal disorders. Lymph drainage is done
by a doctor or physiotherapist.
Anti-cellulite lymphatic massage
This is a less-targeted form of manual
lymphatic drainage. Done by a masseur or
wellness therapist, this method significantly
helps to reduce swelling and lymphoedema. It
also has positive effects on cellulite plus dry
and porous skin.
VII. Poultices
on the skin. The hands are then wrapped in
a cloth and left in a poultice. The application
of paraffin poultices softens hard skin over
the knuckles, improves finger mobility and
relieves pain in the small joints of the hand;
it also perfuses under the fingernails and
improves nail trophics.
Natural peat poultice
Peat is a natural material created through the
biotransformation of organic matter in the soil.
When used for natural poultices, the processed
and heated peat is applied in a layer a few

to act on the surface of the body. A heating
element is places on the non-permeable
membrane to warm and perfuse the area. A peat
compress has an anti-inflammatory effect,
boosts regeneration, improves the circulation
of blood through the tissues, relieves pain and
cramps, and has a cosmetic effect.
This procedure follows activities such as
a massage, bath, peat poultice, etc. The client
relaxes for at least 15 minutes in a warm, quiet

environment. Relaxation is important after
procedures which increase perfusion and place
a strain on the body in order to stabilise the
circulation, eliminate toxins, and optimise
bodily functions.
The use of magnets as therapy has a long
history. Magnetic fields have an analgetic and
anti-inflammatory effect on the body, increase
tissue perfusion, relieve cramps, reduce
swelling, and speed up the healing process.
SOFT PACK
The Soft Pack is a unique technique allowing
the client to wear a pack at an ambient
temperature of 37 ˚C, ensuring that the
therapeutic substances applied to the body
have the maximum effect. Various substances
with different effects can be used for the
packs. The client is laid on the heated surface
of the Soft Pack and a layer of therapeutic
substances is applied to the skin. The client is

perfusion, stimulates collagen, speeds up
regeneration, and makes tissues firmer. This
effect is also used in cosmetology. It has an
analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, which
is beneficial for disorders of the locomotive
system.
Bio-lamp
The biolamp is another source of therapeutic
biostimulatory light, which acts up to a depth
Electrical energy s converted to mechanical
energy, micromassaging tissue and generating
thermal energy, which improves perfusion and
boosts nutrition. An ultrasound micromassage
relieves muscle cramps, has an analgesic and
anti-inflammatory effect, and helps to resolve
problems with the locomotive system. It has
a cosmetic effect in that it softens scars.
The distance or contactless electric therapy
is a very convenient and increasingly
indicated method for the treatment of painful
musculoskeletal conditions (both acute and
chronic type), post-traumatic haematoma, leg
ulcers, osteoporosis etc.
Two types of currents are available, where the
pulse currents can be used even in clients with
metal replacements.
Mechanical lymph drainage
A painless and pleasant procedure to treat
swelling of the lower limbs, cellulite, and the
feeling of “heavy legs”. The device works with
a progressive wave of pressure (filling the
chambers of a special girdle), which acts as an
effective substitute for a muscle pump which is
not working properly. It helps to speed up the
flow of lymph and stimulates the elimination
of toxic and waste substances from the body.

IX. Phototherapy
Laser, application of probe
A laser is monochromatic polarised light. Our
therapists use a non-invasive laser which has
a biostimulatory effect. This effect improves
– Antioedematous – controls swelling.
– Trophotropic – improves nourishment of
tissues.
The therapy can be applied directly on the
body using either plate electrodes or vacuum
suction cups.
X. Oxygen
and inhalation
therapy
Inhalation
of therapeutic substances
In this procedure a therapeutic substance
is administered through a spray. The client
inhales the spray through the nose and mouth.
This moistens the upper respiratory passages
and regenerates the mucous membranes in the
nose. This is ideal for people with illnesses of
of 2.5 cm. We use the biolamp in cosmetology,
for scar regeneration, for treating swellings, and
to alleviate pain. In order to regenerate ageing
skin and reduce wrinkles the biostimulatory
light can be applied daily, in cycles of 15 – 30
applications.
Device-based
stimulation therapy
It is an electrotherapy, which is amongst the
most advanced physical therapy procedures.
Based on medical indication, several types
of currents can be applied, such as galvanic
current, TENS, Träbert current, diadynamic
currents, interference currents etc.
With correct indication and application, the
effects of the therapy can be as follows:
– Analgesic – relieves pain.
– Muscle-relaxant – releases muscle tension.

with allergies or asthma, or those who spend
time in air-conditioned rooms, people living in
urban areas, and for smokers.
Oxygenotherapy
and parenchymatous organs, lowers blood
pressure, and reduces swelling. As it greatly
improves perfusion of the skin it reduces
cellulite and improves the appearance of scars
on the skin. The bath has a beneficial effect on
the locomotive and nervous system, diabetes,
and osteoporosis. It alleviates migraines and
insomnia, and positively enhances sexual
activity.
Oxygenotherapy is, according to Prof. Arden,
a proven scientific method which, when
applied long term, improves memory and
sleep by up to 40% and boosts tissue nutrition.
The client inhales 95% oxygen, produced
in a concentrator, for for 50 minutes. During
inhalation it is important to ensure that the

blood is circulating adequately so that the
oxygen is supplied to the tissues in question.
We recommend reading or doing a crossword,
and occasionally exercising the muscles in the
arms and legs.
XI. Application
of CO2
Gas injections
A small dose of medicinal gas (CO2) is applied
through a needle to painful areas in the
hypodermis around the larger muscles and the
spine. The gas is absorbed very quickly and
improves perfusion in the area. Application of
the gas relieves pain and helps wounds to heal
faster. These applications are especially suitable

XII. Treatment using
special
techniques
Lymfoven
– mechanical lymph drainage
Dry carbonic bath
This is a full-body gas bath in which the client
is encased up to the chest or neck in a special
plastic pack filled with medicinal carbon
dioxide. The carbon dioxide, which is absorbed
through the capillaries in the skin, acts to
dilate the blood vessels throughout the body.
It improves blood supply to the brain, heart,
This device improves circulation in the lower
half of the body. The client puts on a girdle which
contains a number of chambers which are filled
in sequence with air to create a wave of pressure
and massage the fluids towards the heart. The
procedure is performed with the client lying
down, is pleasant, and helps to reduce cellulite.
Increasing circulation in the tissues burns
off fat.
During the procedure we stimulate the
metabolism and the flow of lymphs and
the metabolised substances are successfully
eliminated. The head of the device comprises
two rollers between which folds of the skin
are drawn by suction pressure. The gentle
movements of the head direct the flow of
lymphs towards the centre, while at the
same time stimulating the perfusion of the
area and boosting tissue metabolism. The
collagen fibres firm up. This can be used to
treat swelling and cellulite, to regenerate the
skin of the body and face, as well as to firm
up the bust, abdomen and buttocks.
Hydro – Jet
A dry massage bath. A stream of water which

This is currently the very latest technology
for greatly reducing fatty tissue. This therapy
is highly effective; changes can be seen after
just the first session and good results are
achieved after 4 treatments. The treatment
reduces fatty tissue evenly over the body.
This device combines ultrasound with highfrequency energy, which allows a beam to be

drains off into the lymphatic bed. EXILIS acts
safely and effectively on deep fatty tissue and
has excellent results.
XIII. Peeling
Mineral peeling
The cells on the surface of the skin are
continually being replaced by new cells. This
process takes place over a series of days or
weeks, so it is good to remove old dead cells
from the surface of the body. Saline peeling
breaks down the connections between dead and

XV. Manicure &
Pedicure
Manicure De Luxe
This cosmetic procedure combines a normal
manicure with the positive effects of paraffin
wax on blood flow and the softness of skin.
Nails and nail beds are treated as usual but then
the hands are peeled. This prepares the skin
for the therapeutic treatment with paraffin.
Afterwards, moisturising milk is gently rubbed
into the skin, and the hands are repeatedly
put into paraffin so as to effectively create a
paraffin “glove”. The next stage is to wrap film
around the hands and cover them with a soft
cloth until they warm up perfectly and the skin
softens. The skin of your hands will be soft
and silky smooth, as will the nail beds, and the
hardened skin over the joints of the hands shall
feel relaxed.
Pedicure De Luxe
The first step of this procedure is a footbath in a
mineral solution. This fine salt bath softens the
skin and allows for the hard skin to be removed
from the heels and under the toes. Meanwhile,
the skin is dried and the treatment then applied
14
to the nails and nail beds, which is carried out
by very fine filing when dry. Using a special
device, the soles of the feet are also filed very
finely. Following this form of mechanical care,
the feet are treated with a special cream and the
nails are polished.
Silky hands
– treatment and massage
This cosmetic procedure utilises the beneficial
effects of paraffin in suffusing the skin. After
a series of paraffin baths, the hands are placed
into soft gloves that remain on until the skin
feels pleasant, warm and has softened. The
hands are then massaged in a particular way
and special cosmetics applied to the skin. All
of this will leave the skin on your hands feeling
soft and silky, the nails smooth, and any hard
skin over the knuckles will be gentler to the
touch.
to encourage lymph drainage on the soles and
around the ankle. Finally, special cosmetics are
put onto the skin. These soften the skin, relieve
the sensation of heavy and swollen feet, and
reduce cramp.
XVI. Exotic spa
Laconium
Laconium is the Greek word for “perspiratory”,
and is a purifying bath which is kept at
a steady temperature of around 50 °C. It is dry
heat and the humidiy level in the Laconium
Silky feet
– treatment and massage
This procedure also makes use of the beneficial
effects of a paraffin poultice. Paraffin is brushed
onto the feet, which are then positioned to
allow it to drain off, and then they are wrapped.
When the skin feels pleasant, warm and the
feet are softer, they are given a special massage
does not exceed 70%. Perspiring at high
temperatures is not suitable for evey client,
and so this variation on the “perspiration
bath” is the ideal solution. Dry heat at 55 °C
stimulates the circulation and relaxes your
stressed body.
Steam bath
Unlike the climate in a sauna, the heat in the
steam bath is humid. The high air humidity (up
to 80-100 %), together with the temperature
(40-55 °C) creates a unique climate which
boosts the metabolism and stimulates the vital
functions in general. Besides the pleasant
feeling of relaxation, the steam bath can also
be used to support the treatment of asthma,
infections of the bronchial tubes, rheumatism,
hoarseness, muscle strain, and perfusion
disorders. The steam bath soothes the heart,
improves the body’s overall condition, damp
agitation, the nerves, and feelings of anxiety,
and is a wonderful place for mental and
physical relaxation
THE SALT STEAM BATH has been known for
centuries due to the special curative effects
of salt. Salt cleanses the skin, stimulates
the circulation, and alleviates respiratory
problems. Like all heat procedures, the salt
steam bath induces a feeling of relaxation and
regeneration.
THE HERBAL STEAM BATH has a wonderful relaxing
effect. The therapeutic principle of the herbal bath
involves inhaling essences such as mint, lavender,
citrus essences, or eucalyptus. After this bath the
respiratory passages stay more open, clearer, and
refreshed for several days.
Rhassoul bath
An oriental steam spa bath which uses moist
heat combined with the beneficial effects of
peat. The magical surroundings of this original
spa create a truly intimate atmosphere. Before
After further heating we will lightly massage
the skin with the peat and will leave the peat in
place to act. At the end of the procedure a light
spray of water will remove the mud, and you
can then go and shower and dress in a cubicle.
The Rhassoul bath regenerates, treats, and
heals the skin. As the temperature is below
50 °C the spa can also be enjoyed by clients
with cardiac problems. It has a very beneficial
effect on psoriasis and skin allergies.
going into the bath you will receive several
different coloured pieces of peat which are to
be applied to different parts of the body. The
temperature and humidity in the spa rise, and
as soon as the surface of the body has warmed
up you cover the appropriate parts with peat.

ease, and relaxation after muscular exertion

for people suffering acute illnesses, with
cardiac problems, or for patients with epilepsy

XVII. Finnish
sauna
This effective procedure involves alternating
between widely differing temperatures, which
results in the mass elimination of heavy toxic
metals, including mercury, pesticides, and
others. The heat causes most of the toxins
to be discharged from the cells. The toxic
molecules then pass into the lymphs and are
then eliminated from the body. The sauna is
used to boost the immune system, speed up the
metabolism, induce a feeling of general rest,
