Idea SpA, part of GruppoGiordano, is a very
dynamic Italian company designing, developing
and manufacturing electronic controls as well as
integrated system solutions.
Idea SpA has established, through years
of experience of its staff, important national
and international collaborations with leading
European OEM markets for HVAC (Heating
Ventilation Air Conditioning), Lighting and
Building Automation.
Idea SpA is certified ISO9001: 2008 and
UNI CEI-EN16001: 2009 (Building Energy
Management).
The company has 120 employees including
35 technicians and engineers located at the
headquarters in Villa Bartolomea (Verona), local
branches in Olginate (LC) and Padova.
Since 2011 Idea SpA has also been present in
China (Guangdong-Zhuhai) with GruppoGiordano
Electronics LTD, with a view to introducing our
products onto the Chinese market.

GAS BOILERS CONTROLS
WIDE RANGE OF SOLUTIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL NEEDS
A platform of electronic digital controls designed to manage gas heating and hot water
systems in atmospheric or premix burners. These controls are equipped with SMPS
(Switching Mode Power Supply) to work stably in all main power supply networks
(F/N, F/F). They can have an on-board or external ignition transformer as well as HMI.
The OpenTherm and RS485 BUS connections enable communication with remote
controls, GSM module, solar system, cascade manger and expansion modules to
increase the I/O.
G4ATMO
Electronic digital controls designed to
manage wall-hung/floor-standing appliances
equipped with atmospheric burner (open or
closed combustion chamber) for mono/bithermic DHW. A variant of this control family
enables combustion to be controlled without
using an air pressure switch (GR Variant).
G4COND
Electronic digital controls designed to
manage wall-hung/floor-standing appliances
equipped with premix burner, to control
modulating ratio of air/gas mix so as to
recover latent condensation heat.

A family of electronic digital controls designed to manage boilers or stoves burning
biomass fuel such as pellets, wood or coal. The smart algorithms, developed to control the
combustion process for maximum efficiency and low emissions, enhance the performance
when the system is equipped with a lambda sensor for combustion feed-back.
These controls come with on-board RTC and an external HMI to fulfill the appliance and
customer requirements.
