Linear LED High Bay Lighting
DESCRIPTION
The TRACE*LITE TLED528A series is a high efficiency linear LED fixture
engineered for premium performance in low bay and high bay applications.
Standard 0-10V dimming allows for control in various applications, while
an optional occupancy sensor enables simple and efficient bi-level output
control. The TLED528A 100W or 200W fixtures can replace 250W or
400W HID high bays using less than half of the wattage. Chain mounting
is included standard. It can also be cable mounted with the optional cable
mount accessory. Two (2) rear access doors allow easy driver service
and replacement without the need to remove LED engines or reflectors.
The TLED528A series incorporates the highest quality materials and
workmanship.
SPECIFICATIONS
Construction:
TLED528A series housing is die-formed, cold rolled steel with a powder
coated finish. Air vents surround the drivers in the back of the fixture and
the LED light engines are mounted to an aluminum heat sink for superior
heat dissipation to maximize driver and LED performance, reliability,
and life. The TLED528A series is constructed with high impact resistant
polycarbonate diffuser lenses over the LEDs. The close placement of the
diffusers in proximity to the LED light source facilitates high light transmission
while providing protection of the LEDs against impact. The efficacy of light
transmission exceeds standard full fixture glass or acrylic lens at a very low
weight factor, which in turn contributes to the fixtures ease of installation.
The diffused light spread enhances visual comfort level. A wiring access
plate in the back and a UL 2459/CSA 182.3 power connector makes wiring
fast and hassle-free. Electronic drivers are mounted to two (2) access doors
in the back of the fixture allowing for easy service and replacement when
needed.
Electrical:
The TLED528A series utilizes electronic, constant current LED drivers
standard 0-10V dimming control that are UL Listed with 120~277VAC voltage
sensing input and suitable for operation in temperatures -22°F to 104°F
(-30°C to 40°C).
Optics:
The TLED528A series is available with three (2) different lumen packages: a
98W 9,172 lumen option and a 199W 17,507 lumen option. Both provide long
life with an L70 of 50,000 hours, excellent color quality with a typical CRI of
≥80, and have a 5000K CCT.
Installation:
The TLED528A series can be mounted using the two (2) 48” lengths of chain
and two (2) fixture hooks (included standard). Housing can also be mounted
using the optional cable mount accessory.
Warranty:
Any component that fails due to manufacturer’s defect is guaranteed for
5 years. The warranty does not cover physical damage, abuse or acts of
God. Manufacturer reserves the right to charge for such repairs if deemed
necessary.
No Lens (Option: NL):
Unit is equipped without diffusing lens to provide a higher lumen output in
environments where the visible LED source is not an issue.
Digital High/Low Infrared Sensor (Accessory: SC):
The TLED528A series is available with a Wattstopper FSP-211 Digital High/
Low passive infrared sensor. Sensor allows for fully adjustable high and
low dimmed light levels based on motion, adjustable time delay and cut off
delay. It is controlled via the 0-10V dimming driver in the fixture and includes
a photocell to measure ambient light levels. This option is provided with an
L7 lens that was selected to provide maximum coverage at a 40' mounting
height.
The TLED528A series with the TLED528-SC accessory conforms to Title24
requirements with regards to dimming and control of light fixtures.
Sensor is pre-installed in side box for easy field installation to unit.
