Model COM-ES
The BKI® COM-ES full-size electric convection oven offers 10.5
kW of power allowing you to keep your food service operation
running smoothly. The system is powered by an energy efficient
1/4 HP air-cooled fan motor. Our two-speed fan is designed with
a patented wheel-within-a-wheel to enhance air flow within the
cooking chamber.
Dual doors are 60/40 split-type with double-pane thermal
glass, synchronized operation, stainless steel door seals, and
a single mounted "Cool Touch" handle. Doors are fabricated
with stainless steel inside and out, and fully insulated with 2"
of industrial grade insulation. Safety features include a door
interlock switch which automatically turns the fan and burners
off when the oven door is opened.
The porcelain enamel interiors have 11-position removable rack
guides and 5 racks.
The easy to use rotary controls include quick cool-down
function and 60-minute timer with continuous ring alarm. The
oven is serviceable from the front and offers a full range of
options and accessories.
