DESCRIPTION
The GFP 100 and 200 series manual pull station is
made from a high quality, non-toxic, die cast housing,
manufactured entirely in the U.S.A. Low profile and
smooth edges offer an attractive, yet functional design.
All components are pre-finished with high impact
powder coat paint or have had their surface plated with
brass or chrome to inhibit corrosion.
The GFP 100 & 200 series station fits most project
environments. The standard product is UL listed for
indoor use, but has options listed for outdoor and
hazardous locations. The outdoor option carries a
NEMA 4X rating and the explosion proof listing is for
use in hazardous locations classified Class I, Groups
B, C & D; Class II, Groups E, F & G; and Class III
locations. It is also UL listed for use in weatherproof
applications classified NEMA 4X.

Electrically, the GFP 100 & 200 series manual pull
stations are superior with a 10 amp snap action switch,
offered in all possible contact arrangements, including
gold contacts.

The GFP 100 & 200 series pull stations can be used
with or without a break glass rod. There is no need for
a special tool to replace the glass rod. They also
come in a wide variety of colors ranging from the
traditional red to safety yellow, blue, green, white,
purple, orange, lime, or black.

CSFM Approved
Single (GFP-100 series) or dual (GFP-200 series)
action operation.
Flush or surface mounting. Surface mounting
indoors requires a GFP-BB or GFP-DBB (extra
deep indoor back box) or equivalent.
Multiple types of environmental applications:
Indoor, Outdoor (“WP” suffix), Corrosion resistant
(“G” suffix), and Explosion Proof (“X” suffix).

For visual indication, there is an option to add an LED
(light emitting diode) to the station. For a red LED,
use the suffix “LEDR”; for Green use “LEDG”; and for
yellow use “LEDY”.
Institutional option (“KO” suffix). This feature adds a
key in the place of the pull handle, allowing only staff
&/or guards to activate an alarm (besides the
automatic fire detection devices, i.e. smoke detectors)
by inserting a key.
Allen wrench or key (“KL” suffix) lock/test/reset.
Pre-signal key switch (“PS” suffix). Possible uses
are: PAS software initial trigger and/or alarm
verification.
Phone Jack (“PJ” suffix). In facilities where firemen
telephone systems are required, the “PJ” option
eliminates the need to have both a remote phone jack
and a manual pull station in the same area in two
different electrical boxes.
Applications in New York City require a New York
Stripe, “NYC” suffix.
Break Glass covers are available. For a cover that
covers the entire manual pull station, use a “BGC”
suffix. For a cover that covers the manual pull
handle, use the “DAH” suffix.
Certain applications may require the use of a manual
pull station for non-fire events like tornado warning,
safety warning, chemical spill, or many more. For
these applications, we provide options for different
colors. Use the suffix “CY” for yellow, “CB” for blue,
“CG” for green, “CW” for white, “CP” for purple, “CO”
for orange, “CL” for lime, and “CB” for black.
