Versacor® Elite
coating system
CENTRIA’s Versacor® Elite coating system is a premium metal coating system that provides the highest
level of protection in the harshest climatic or environmental conditions. Versacor Elite achieves this high
level of performance by applying a 2-mil-thick barrier coat over a metal substrate and is available with a
variety of PVDF top coat finishes in an extensive palette of colors.

Versacor Elite coatings offer a wide range of colors that
help architects achieve amazing aesthetics and remarkable
durability in a sustainable way. In fact, the protective
properties of Versacor Elite can help prolong the lifespan of
the base metal, resulting in an environmentally-friendly
coating solution.

Reverse Side Protection for Profile Series Panels
As an added layer of protection for exterior walls 2-mil-thick
Versacor Barrier Coat with a .5 mil polyester topcoat
(5913 Arctic Ice) is applied to the interior liner of the metal
substrate to protect against corrosion.

Abrasion Resistance — Per ASTM D-968-05 (2010)
Humidity Testing — Per ASTM D-4585-97
Testing that assesses the ability of a coating to resist abrasion.
Testing in a controlled environment that determines how well a coating resists moisture.
The high resistance scores demonstrate the strength of the Versacor Elite coating system under the harshest
of conditions. This level of durability can mean a long lifecycle and reduced maintenance costs over the life
of the structure.
Just like with Salt Fog Testing, the Versacor Elite coating system’s high no blistering score leads to panels that are
highly durable and resistant to rust for a low-maintenance, long lifecycle solution. Evaluated per ASTM D-714-02eL

The Versacor Elite coating system’s minimal to no blistering score demonstrates how well it stands up to moisture,
resists rust and helps ensure a structure’s aesthetics continue to look great. Evaluated per ASTM 714-02eL.
Nothing makes a structure look old and worn like fading and chalking from exposure to intense sunlight.
The Versacor Elite coating system maintains its color integrity, resulting in structures that continue to look
fresh and vibrant.

Warranty Information
CENTRIA will warrant the Versacor Elite coating system against cracking, chipping, peeling, color change
and chalking in accordance with our standards for each coating system and for the number of years noted
in the chart below.
