SIX BRIDGES CAPITAL CORPORATION
Six Bridges Capital Corporation, established in 1989, is
a private, non-profit, lending corporation specializing in
financing for small business-occupied commercial real
estate and equipment. As an economic development
tool, the SBA 504 loan program
through Six Bridges Capital
Corporation provides long-term,
permanent, fixed-rate financing
to new and expanding businesses that have the highest
probability of successfully creating new jobs for the state
of Arkansas. The program, often referred to as “small
business’ window to Wall Street,” is typically structured
with a 10 percent borrower investment, a 40 percent
subordinate SBA 504 loan and a 50 percent loan from a
financial institution.

Arkansas Capital Relending Corporation, established
in 1998, is a private, non-profit
provider of loans to small
businesses under the United
States Department of Agriculture’s
Intermediary Relending Program.
Arkansas Capital Relending Corporation provides an economic finance tool for rural areas designed to assist with
financing businesses that create or retain jobs. A rural
area is any area with a population of 25,000 or less.

ARKANSAS ECONOMIC ACCELERATION FOUNDATION
Arkansas Economic Acceleration Foundation,
established in 1999, is a private, 501(c)3 non-profit

entrepreneurship within Arkansas. With broad support
from the state’s business community, Arkansas Economic
Acceleration Foundation’s purpose is to nurture people
and ideas to generate future

established and now manages the
Donald W. Reynolds Governor’s Cup, a collegiate
business plan competition, as well as business
plan competitions for grades 5th-8th via the Youth

company, Pine State Regional Center works closely with

SOUTHWIND ANALYTICS
SouthWind Analytics, established in 2013, is dedicated
to providing business and financial institutions with
geospatial intelligence for
placing capital in the
marketplace through
discovery of previously
unknown business
opportunities. SouthWind Analytics is able to work with
clients on a variety of Geographic Information Systems
consulting services ranging from the customization of
maps to drive time analysis, logistics network analysis
and digitizing analog maps. SouthWind Analytics also
offers custom economic impact analysis using the
IMPLAN economic modeling suite, web application
development and GIS consulting.
