Recognising that ethics and values are so
essential for good business practice, XIME
would strive to inculcate these concerns in

excellence and their development is
essential for maintaining highest standards.

Message from the President
The only constant in this world is change. Winds
of change trigger a ‘domino effect’ affecting
economies, industries and businesses. It is
indeed a challenging task for managers to
constantly adapt to these changes.
Welcome to XIME! We will prepare you for such
a turbulent world.
In the 50 years that I have spent in the field
of management education, I have seen wave
after wave of changes that have assailed
management education. Not only that we
did not go under these waves, but have also
succeeded in riding many of them.
Built on a culture of merit, integrity and
ethics, we groom future managers through a
comprehensive and contemporary curriculum
supported by courses in ethics, international
business and considerable Industry exposure.
Appreciation for societal issues is inculcated
through various social action programmes
and the three-week project on ‘Socially Useful
and Productive Activity’. On the whole, our
endeavour is to develop managers who can
weather the storms of change and emerge
victorious in the turbulent world of business
and industry.
Join XIME and be part of an exciting journey
of exploration, learning and development of
your managerial potential.
Prof. J. Philip
President, XIME
