Hold incoming calls when tenant wishes to work without interruption. Greeting All Incoming Visitors to the Building Greet all clients and announce them to tenant. Handle all solicitors to the building. We have a No Soliciting sign on the front door of the building. However, this does not seem to discourage the persistent solicitor. Relay messages, information for pick up, or forms to complete left by tenant for clients. Take messages and information left by clients for tenant. Handle Incoming Mail and Packages Distribute incoming mail to tenant's mail slots in reception area. Receive and sign for incoming packages from Fed. Ex., UPS, Airborne, US Postal Service, etc. Provide outgoing overnight services through Executive Secretarial Services for additional cost.
