Your office is exclusively your own. You
have access twenty-four hours a day, seven
days a week. Your office is fully furnished,

colorcoordinated furniture, lamps, accessories,
and carpeting. You choose the size of the
office that best suits your needs. All utilities
and maintenance, as well as the cleaning of
your office each evening is included in your
monthly rent.

Our receptionist will answer your calls pleasantly
and professionally with your company name and
personalized greeting. We handle all calls as you
direct, including holding calls and taking messages when you wish to work without interruption.

Mail
Your incoming mail is handled as you direct.
When you are away, we can open and read it to
you, forward it, or hold it for your return. Outgoing mail is posted at the end of each day.
We arrange for UPS and Federal Express pick
up and delivery. Your only cost is the actual
postage or freight charge, plus a small handling
fee.

SERVICES PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Personalized Telephone Coverage During Office Hours






Answer calls with your company name and personalized greeting.
Answer simple questions from incoming callers. Example - What is your address? What time
tenant will be back into office?, Did tenant leave information at front desk for me to pick-up?,
etc.
Take messages when unavailable or out of the office.
Paging to voice mail or pagers with incoming messages as directed by tenant.
Placing all messages on desk at the end of each business day if requested by tenant.
Hold incoming calls when tenant wishes to work without interruption.
Greeting All Incoming Visitors to the Building




Greet all clients and announce them to tenant.
Handle all solicitors to the building. We have a No Soliciting sign on the front door of the
building. However, this does not seem to discourage the persistent solicitor.
Relay messages, information for pick up, or forms to complete left by tenant for clients.
Take messages and information left by clients for tenant.
Handle Incoming Mail and Packages



Distribute incoming mail to tenant's mail slots in reception area.
Receive and sign for incoming packages from Fed. Ex., UPS, Airborne, US Postal Service, etc.
Provide outgoing overnight services through Executive Secretarial Services for additional
cost. (See Exhibit B)
Conference and Meeting Rooms


Use of the small and large conference rooms is provided on a first come, first served basis
upon availability during building standard hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
Each room is scheduled with the front office for available dates and times. We ask that each
tenant place this request in writing for confirmation purposes.
