• Efflorescenceiswhitishdepositsthatmayappearonthe
surface of the product. This is a normal occurrence with
concrete products and will dissipate. It does not affect
thestructuralintegrityoftheproductandisnotcausefor
rejection. Material installed on a cementitious base may
haveanincreasedoccurrenceofefflorescence.
• For best results on paving stone installations, pavers
shouldbeinstalledsectionbysection,toptobottom,from
severalbundlessimultaneously.
• $15 per section charge for less than full pallet quantities
(wherepermissible)
DELIVERY NOTES
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No
opened pallets will be accepted. Authorization required
foranyreturns.
• Please contact Nicolock for delivery quotes. Delivery
charges are based upon estimated roadway distance
rather than straight line distance. Fuel surcharges may
applyandaretheresponsibilityofthepurchaser.
• Custom orders are subject to a deposit with the order.
Customordersmaynotbecancelledoncemanufactured.
Additional quantities that may be required after a
customorderismanufacturedmayincurasetupcharge.
Customer is responsible for any batch overages (up to
5%)oncustomorders.
PRODUCT NOTES
• Claims for defective material should be made prior to
installation of material. Unacceptable material must be
availableforinspectionbyaNicolockrepresentative.
NICOLOCK LIFETIME WARRANTY
Nicolock provides a lifetime warranty on the structural
integrity of its manufactured product line used in
residentialapplications.
The warranty is extended to the original purchaser and
istransferrable.
Nicolock products installed in accordance with our
guidelines and industry standards that are deemed to
• Directjobsitedeliverieswillincuradditionalcharges.
• Deliverychargeisbaseduponfulltruckloadsofmaterial
(typically1,600-1,900SF).Minimumdeliverytoayardor
jobsiteis10bundles.Deliveriesoflessthan10bundlesto

Efflorescence is a whitish, powder-like deposit that may sometimes appear on the

efflorescence.Efflorescencedoesnotaffectthestructuralperformanceordurability
ofconcretepavers.
Efflorescenceisanormaloccurrenceinallcementbasedproducts,aswellasmany
coloredpavingproducts.Becauseitisanaturalreactiontotheproperhydrationof
concrete,Nicolockacceptsnoresponsibilityorliabilityforreplacement.
If there is a need to remove the efflorescence before it naturally wears away, best
resultsareobtainedbyusinganefflorescenceremoverwhichisavailablefrommost
masonsupplydealers.DONOTUSEMURIATICACID.
Ifasealeristobeappliedtothepavingstones,itisrecommendedthatanypresence
ofefflorescenceberemovedpriortosealerbeingapplied.
For installations over a new or existing concrete base, a cementitious setting bed,
orwithmortaredjoints,theoccurrenceofefflorescenceismorelikely.Precautions
for proper drainage of the paving stones system should be taken to minimize this
occurrence.

Dual height, polished granite countertops provide almost 60 sq. ft. in entertaining
and cooking area. Bar height (41”) entertainment top is a full 42” deep and
cantilevers over the edge for comfortable barstool seating. Counter height (37”)
cook top is 36” deep and provides surface area on both sides of the grill for
precooked and cooked foods. Countertops come in six easy to handle pieces.

cast stainless burners and an infrared burner. Dual-lined roll top hood has seamless

cooking grates, warming rack, full size drip tray and electronic ignition. Grill Unit
is 38” wide x 24” deep and can be ordered with either a natural or propane gas
