System Integrator (SI)
– Use MPN CIs for installation and test but who want to warrant a
project directly in the SI’s company name
– 2 field supervisors must be certified in MPN’s Data Transport
Solutions every 2 years
– Recommend certifying a designer in MIIM
Certified Installer (CI)
– Eligible for MPN’s 25-year System Performance and Application
Assurance Warranty covering replacement product and labor
– 2 field supervisors + the lesser of 3 or 20% of field technicians
must be certified in MPN’s Data Transport Solutions every 2 years
– Recommend certifying a designer in MIIM

Authorized Installer (AI)

credit in lieu at Molex’s sole discretion)

spirit of the MPN Business Partner Agreement
Attendance at a course does not guarantee either training
certification or Business Partner certification
– Requires fulfillment with the Course Prerequisites, completion of the
entire course in the order specified, passage of module quizzes, and
other requirements outlined by the MPN Global Training Program
– Training required every 2 years to retain your certification
Your Business Partner certificate is posted in your BPP
ticket upon completion of all requirements
– Lists solutions with an expiry date of the earliest solution you have
been certified in
– Can re-certify in the expired solution or, if certified in multiple
solutions, request revised certificate with next earliest expiry date

MIIM APLM Services for Day 1 functionality during typical
chaotic network start-ups
– Design and consultation of APLM project
– Deployment: Database Build, Installation, MIIM Server Integration,
MAC Process Integration, MIIM User Training
– Customization: NMS Customization, API Creation
Turn-key responsibility or Project Management support of
Infrastructure Deployments, such as Structured Cabling
– Project Planning, Design, Estimation, Bid Management, Site
Deployment Management, including end-devices like cameras,
