Reliability Specs Confidential 10) Continuous Load Test Resolve item 5-1 after adding white noise load for 48 hours with 20mW (0.56V) to the earphone using filter. 11) LOTION Test Daub spf42pa in earphone surface. The conditions are Temperature: 60±2℃, Humidity: 90%, Time: 6 hours. Afterwards, place it in normal conditions for 1 hour. Daub 50 times with weight of 500g, check to assure earphone is still functional 12) LARD Test No abnormalities shall occur when earphone put in tallow for 72 hours Afterwards, place it in natural conditions for 4 hours. 13) Vibration Test Resolve items 3-1,5-1,5-4,5-5 after vibration test, as follows: 14) Insulation Impedance Test Apply upwards of 5 MΩ while adding DC 250V for 1 minute to the surface of hands-free earphone and its electric areas 15) High Voltage Test Should be normal while adding DC 250V for one minute to the surface of revealed hands free earphone and the electric areas. 5.
