5) Electric Specifications to Apply
5-1) Operations Test
No abnormal appearance in tone quality, volume or
operation while applying sine wave (20HZ~20,000HZ) equal to 3mW (0.219V) input.
5-2) Impedance
Impedance should be 16Ω±2.4Ω while adding 1000Hz sine
wave tension. If there are different conditions, convert to 20℃.
5-3) Max Input Power: 20mW (0.56V RMS) (vibration)
No abnormal appearance with 3mW input after applying white
noise and repeating 10 times “1 minute ON / 2 minutes OFF” using appointed filter.
5-4) Frequency Response Curve (Assy)
The change of frequency should be in the manageable range
while adding 1,000HZ (0.126V) sine wave to the earphone

5-5) Sensitivity Test
Sensitivity should be in the range of 91±3dB while applying 1,000HZ, 1mW (0.126V)
sine waves
Please consult item “5-4” to confirm sensitivity
The Left/Right sensitivity difference should be 3dB or less (1kHz)

6-3) Rubber Ring Cohesiveness Test
No falling off while adding 1 minute P = 300g load to the rubber ring (as in the drawing)

6-4) Striking Test & Drop Test
★ No abnormal appearance while dropping, 10 times. (tone quality: 5 times)
(The cement is stood straight up in the ground, the jack cord is fixed on the cement).

7) High Temp Test
Cord is made of PS, ABS, AS Colophony.
Should be normal after exposure to 50℃ for 24 hours (500g load).
8) PUSH & PULL Test
Earphone plug should be undamaged when plugged and unplugged from socket 5000 times.
9) Condition Test
Resolve items 3-1), 5-1),5-4), 5-5) after executing the following item:
★The two parties can discuss further if there are problems with the test

10) Continuous Load Test
Resolve item 5-1 after adding white noise load for 48 hours with 20mW (0.56V)
to the earphone using filter.
11) LOTION Test
Daub spf42pa in earphone surface.
The conditions are Temperature: 60±2℃, Humidity: 90%, Time: 6 hours.
Afterwards, place it in normal conditions for 1 hour.
Daub 50 times with weight of 500g, check to assure earphone is still functional
12) LARD Test
No abnormalities shall occur when earphone put in tallow for 72 hours
Afterwards, place it in natural conditions for 4 hours.
13) Vibration Test
Resolve items 3-1,5-1,5-4,5-5 after vibration test, as follows:
14) Insulation Impedance Test
Apply upwards of 5 MΩ while adding DC 250V for 1 minute to the surface
of hands-free earphone and its electric areas
15) High Voltage Test
Should be normal while adding DC 250V for one minute to the surface of
revealed hands free earphone and the electric areas.
