Instructions for Ordering Marketing Materials
DTI Printing & Production Services provides comprehensive off-site document preparation, production,
binding, and fulfillment services to the business market. They manage the life cycle of client information
from creation through production and archiving.

Brochures, sales slicks, case studies, and business stationery supplies are available to order from this
website.
Key Features
Account Set-up
On initial visit, you will be prompted to log in or create a new account. Account registration must include
your department/cost center, and DTI contact information, shipping address, and email address.
Billing/Payment Information
The cost center or chargeback number provided on your registration will be billed for printing costs
incurred on your order. Exceptions or special billing arrangements should be included in order notes, or
you may call the Chicago office with additional information.
Order placement
The main menu offers product selection by category and business unit. Select a category to view
available items.
Order Placement: DTI Letterhead and Business Cards
When you select letterhead or business card, a form is provided. Enter the specific name, title, address
and phone, as applicable, for letterhead or business card. Prior to final printing, you will receive a
PROOF (PDF image) of the design for approval. Check PROOFs carefully to avoid costly errors.
Order Placement: Printed Marketing Material: Case Studies, Sales Slicks, Brochures
Marketing materials are sorted by business unit. Select the business unit on the menu, and browse the
list of available items. A PDF thumbnail allows you to preview the document before ordering. This PDF
may also be downloaded for local use, and for email. Note that the thumbnail PDF is not print-quality.
For high quality prints, order the desired quantity and place the item in your shopping cart. Note that a
minimum quantity of 10, and multiples of 10, are required.
Shopping cart:
You may select as many items for print as needed, and each will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you
need items from multiple business units, you may navigate between categories and continue to select
items. When you are ready to check out, all items ordered will be shown in your shopping cart.
Order Notes: at time of check out, add order notes to include special shipping or billing instructions.
Order confirmation
When check out is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, including order number.
At any time, you may visit the site to view pending or completed orders under the “My Orders” tab.
Order History
The ‘My Orders’ tab provides a detailed history of all items previously ordered on this account.
