DESCRIPTION
The TLED111A series half-moon wallpack’s architectural design
combined with a high performance LED light source makes it an
attractive and smart choice. Constructed of die-cast aluminum, the
TLED111A uses a UV resistant powder coated finish to protect
against the elements and is UL listed for wet locations. The TLED111A
incorporates contractor friendly features that allow for ease of installation
including a hinged lens design for easy access and the EZ-LITE quick
mounting system which fits standard junction boxes. Available in 30
or 48 watts, the TLED111A provides a wide spectrum of application
options for schools, office complexes, light commercial, apartments and
recreational facilities.
SPECIFICATIONS
Construction:
Precision molded die-cast aluminum housing with hinged front frame
and clear, tempered glass lens offers durable performance and clean
aesthetics. Fixture is completely sealed and gasketed, UL listed for
Wet Locations with corrosion resistant, stainless steel captive fasteners
and a clear tempered glass lens to protect the LED light engine. The
TLED111A also incorporates a UV resistant, long lasting powder coated
finish.
Optics:
The TLED111A series half-moon wallpack delivers exceptional light
quality, efficiency and light distribution. The 30 and 48 watt LED light
engines powered by constant current control drivers provide 50,000
hour rated life, 70% lumen maintenance, a 5100K CCT and a CRI
of ≥85. A low LED thermal junction (Tj) of 70°C (158°F) at a design
ambient of 25°C (77°F) supports long life and low lumen depreciation.

Electrical:
The TLED111A series operates from 120VAC to 277VAC, 347VAC or
480VAC, 50/60Hz with an auto-ranging voltage controlled circuit and
simple two (2) wire input. The TLED111A is suitable for operation in
-30°C (-22°F) to 40°C (104°F) ambient conditions. Optional transient
surge protection is available.
Thermal Management:
LED light engines and drivers are securely mounted directly to an
aluminum heat sink and the die-cast aluminum housing, respectively,
optimizing thermal management. LEDLITElogic heat sinking technology
moves heat away from the LEDs maximizing system performance and
delivering 50,000+ hour life with >70% lumen maintenance.
Environmentally Friendly Design:
TLED111A luminaires consume very little energy and provide long life
in comparison to traditional lamp technologies. Our manufacturing
process utilizes no harmful chemicals such as mercury or lead and the
LED light engines emit an extremely low UV and minimal heat. The
compact design allows for the use of fewer materials and is recyclable,
resulting in less overall waste.
Installation:
The TLED111A series easily mounts to any vertical surface and features
our EZ-LITE gasketed steel mounting plate with built-in bubble level
easily attaches to a 3” or 4” j-box. The fixture is then secured to EZ-LITE
mounting plate with two (2) Allen head screws. Can be mounted in
Up-light configuration in Damp Locations ONLY.
Emergency Backup (Option: EM):
The Trace-lite TLED111A series is available with an optional Emergency
Backup, to provide emergency egress lighting when AC power fails.
The “EM” emergency ballast option will provide battery back-up for a full
90 minutes. Available on 48 watt unit only, utilizes 30 LEDs operating in
normal conditions and 18 LEDs operating in emergency mode.

Transient Protection System (Option: TP):
The LEDLITElogic optional transient protection device is designed to
be used in conjunction with our LED drivers. The “-TP” option utilizes a
3-leaded device that protects Line-Ground, Line-Neutral, and NeutralGround in accordance with IEEE/ANSI C62.41.2 guidelines. The surge
current rating of the “-TP” option is 10,000 amps.
Photocontrol (Option: PC):
Optional photocontrol provides dusk-till-dawn security. Input voltage
must be specified to match fixture input voltage.
IESNA LM-79 and LM-80:
The TLED111A is evaluated in accordance with the parameters outlined
and reported by LM-79 and LM-80 documents.
Listing:
UL Listed for wet locations.
Warranty:
Any component that fails due to manufacturer’s defect is guaranteed
for 5 years. The warranty does not cover physical damage, abuse or
acts of God. Manufacturer reserves the right to charge for such repairs
if deemed necessary.
