LMX24xx RF PLL Family
Low noise and low power fractional-N PLLs
The LMX24xx family of PLLatinum™ RF PLLs offer a wide choice of products to meet the
low noise and low power needs of applications like mobile wireless, compact RF, radar
modules, microwave backhaul, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, land mobile radios,
software defined radios and automotive radar. The LMX2492 offers excellent noise figureof-merit (FOM) of -227dBc/Hz and can connect to an external VCO up to 14GHz making it
ideal for high frequency, high performance applications. The LMX2485E offers a dual PLL
at a very low current consumption of 5mA for low power, hand-held applications.

Low power and high performance fractional-N synthesizers (PLL with integrated VCO)
The LMX25xx family of RF synthesizers integrates low noise VCOs along with low noise PLLs.
The low power LMX2531 and LMX2571 enables energy efficient and mobile solutions, while
still having best-in-class performance to meet industry standards. The high performance
LMX2541, LMX2581, LMX2582, and LMX2592 covers up to 9.8GHz at the best noise figures
in the industry to enable high performance solutions.
