PositionImpact OutwardBoundUSA(OBUSA)currentlyraisesmorethan$3millioneachyearfrom individualdonors,foundationsandcorporationstoprovideoperationalsupportatthe nationallevelandscholarshipsupporttotheOutwardBoundnetworkofregional charterschools.TheAssociateDirectorofIndividualGivingpositionwillenhanceour fundraisingeffortsbyfocusingonourindividualandmajordonorstosecure approximately$1M+annually.Thispositionwillhelpstrengthentheapproachand structuretoourindividualgivingprogramandwillberesponsibleforraisingfundsfrom avarietyofmethods,includingdirectappealsandonlinefundraisinginitiatives.Building relationshipswithcurrentdonorsandsecuringtheirrenewedsupport,aswellas identifyingandsolicitingprospectsformajorgiftsupportwillbecriticalforsuccess.
