FUNCTION: Used to cover cleanout plugs, valves, controls or equipment concealed in walls. The square design is particularly adaptable
to adjacent walls, floors, ceilings, etc. that are finished of material in straight line patterns. The anchoring lugs provide easy means for securing
the cover to the wall construction. The face-of-wall cover is for tile, masonry, or dry wall construction and is usually installed on an opening
provided in the finished wall. The flush-with-wall cover is for plaster or wet wall construction and is installed during the wall construction.

Cover as Indicated by Figure Number Selected.
FUNCTION: Used to cover flush valves which are concealed in the wall construction, and provide a means of actuating the valves by handle, push button
or pedal, and at the same time to provide access from the toilet room to adjust or maintain the valve. The face-of-wall box is for tile, masonry, or dry wall
construction. The open back box is installed in the wall by means of anchor or nail holes provided. The flush-with-wall box is for plaster or wet wall construction
and is installed prior to wall finish. The adjustable anchoring lugs provide a means of securely anchoring the box, so that the face of the cover will be flush
with the finished wall.
